Bonjour!
Bulle De France paintings are made of acrylic paint mixed with a latex paint additive and finished with shiny resin coats. Most of the paintings are executed on canvas, some on wooden frames and lately, furniture have been the recipient of the Blob Painting technic.

About Me
My name is France Roy. I live in Nanoose Bay on Vancouver Island.
I started being interested in abstract painting since 2019. First, it was as a support for my daughter who was involved in an art school project. Exploring the possibilities of pouring painting technics with her made me discover all the stunning and magical potentials there are out there.
The painting technic called 'Blob' particularly captured my attention. Since I discovered this mesmerizing form, I have been doing many Blob projects which I call Bulle De France.
My technic evolved and my color repertory expended considerably over the years. I love and constantly dream and envision new colors combinations. I never encountered, to my true point of view, a mediocre combination of colors as the results are always surprising, enthralling and fascinating. That is what makes me keep going in that colorful bubbly art experience.
